Dual Gripper for Robotic Pallet & Glut Placement

Applied Robotics provides solutions for Australian industry seeking to automate the stacking and bundling of products for shipping.

Problem — lorem ipsum dolar

CSR Cemintel manufactures a variety of fibre cement sheeting products. These sheets are stacked and shipped on Gluts or Custom Pallets. To ensure Sheets are not damaged in transport varying Glut layouts and Pallet sizes exist. Applied Robotics developed a flexible solution able to place a broad range of Glut and Pallets configurations onto two separate Fibre Cement Sheeting outfeeds. The cell was mounted on a Trolley allowing the movement of the entire system to the second outfeed as required. This significantly reduced capital expenditure by eliminating the need to duplicate the cell.
